I have had fibro and accompanying IBS for many years. Along with both, I get days (3-8 a year) when I will wake up feeling like I have a strange flu. I will go from having a normal appetite one day, to no appetite the next, along with varying degrees of nausea and increased bowel movements. My fibro symptoms usually are also worse. Then, I wake up the next day and my gastro symptoms are better and I have my appetite back. The gastroenterlogist says it is from IBS, but you don't see nausea and lack of appetite usually listed as prominent IBS symptoms. Anyone else have these days that come and go--and drive you crazy? I think the gastro symptoms are worse than my fibro symptoms, but they do seem to come along with each other. Thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
