Hi,

I know that lot of us bruise easily; but I get also these red dots on my skin (mostly hands) - I think they are called perichiale...(or something). Do you guys get them too?

They come and go..my doctor said not to worry about them but then he really does not know anything about fibro (or EBV) :(

Liver function tests are run every 3 months because the drugs you take have the most potential to damage your liver, kidneys and heart in that order. Why haven't you asked your doc? Being informed about your condition is part of taking care of yourself. Do you know that more RA patients died of heart related problems (heart attack or stroke) than anything else?

  • I think they are called petechiae. Mine were caused by chronic Lyme.
