I read an interesting article that suggested B-12 may help alleviate some of the symptoms. It said to look for the kind with hydroxocobalamin and methylcobalamin. In the stores, none of the B-12 vitamins had those ingredients. Does anyone know where to buy this type of B-12 vitamin? Do I have to order it online?

The two brands of methylb12 that work are Jarrow and Enzymatic Therapy. The dibencozide (adenosylb12) by Country life is also 5 stars. www.iherb.com has those items at excellent prices. The promo code RED843 will get firsttime customers a $5 discount. I am cured of FMS/CFS. I used to be a basket case but not any more. To be most effective there are important cofactors that also need to be taken. Full discussion over on the above forum.
