I have polycystic ovarian syndrome so I am used to weird periods and going several months with out getting one. but for several weeks now I have had slight cramping in my lower abdomen, where you would feel it during your period. Accompanying this is a moderate to severe headache, fatigue, nausea, and almost every other symptom that comes with a period or pregnancy. The home pregnancy test was negative but I still have not started a period, its over 2 weeks late based on my last period. Is there anything else that can cause all the tell tale signs of a pregnancy with out being pregnant? Or should i just go to the doctor and see what they say?
