Hello. I have just had embryo transfer and have been prescribed Cyclogest Pessaries 400mg one nightly. I am worried as I only have 15 and if I get a positive result they say I will not need any more. I have been talking to loads of other women in the same situation and they have been prescribed them either till the first scan or anything else up to 12 weeks. Could I get my own GP to prescribe them for me if I get a positive result? Why have I been told I only need them for two weeks when so many other clinics prescribe them for longer. I hope someone can put my mind at rest as it is really worrying me now.
