i really wonder why i didn't get pregnant for 4 years even if we're having sex most of the time. well, i am only 21 and i have my period regularly. i didn't take any pill. actually i haven't done any birth control. i didn't do anything. i do not know if my partner has any medical problem because we didn't try to go to an obgyn. i'm afraid to go to. that's why i joined this forum to have more information. i am really bothered. i am not yet consulting any ob gyne because of frightness. i am hoping that you can help me and give me some peace of mind. thank you!
another thing, i didn't get arouse during an intercourse. i didn't come into the climax and didn't get satisfaction.during our, early years, it feels good but now it turns out to frigidity.or was it really frigidity? hope someone can help! thanks!

  • Girls don't have to climax to get pregnant.I'm curious as to why you've been trying for a baby since you were 17.. You say 'your partner', but not 'your husband.' Does your partner know you've been trying?

  • Here are some tips to get pregnant. When deciding to get pregnant you need to start taking folic acid. You need also to be taking vitamins especially B9. Both you and your partner need to be in relatively good shape. No smoking or drinking and drugs are a big NO. Spice up your sex life. As they say, “variety is the spice of life” You want to enjoy your love making – you do not want it to be “Oh here we go again” Make it fun – enjoy yourselves and do it as frequently as possible leading up to ovulation.. Do not use lubricants or you may kill the sperm. After sex relax – don’t just jump out of bed. Lie down for at least five to ten minutes. Prop your hips up and let gravity help get the sperm to its destination. If you are having difficulty determining when you are ovulating you can get an ovulation kit which will help you with this process. Also monitor your temperature and observe your cervical fluids and watch for changes in consistency and color. Cut out coffee and eat lots of living foods such as fresh fruit and veggies,. Drink lots of water and get in some exercise. All of the above will help you to get pregnant sooner rather than later.Regards,my health blog
