I am on the combined oral pill and have been for a number of years. I read in the leaflet that it is sometimes ok to skip a period by starting the new packet straight away after finishing the last one. I had never skipped before but I had a wedding last month and I decided to give it a try. I finished my second packet five days ago and I have period cramps but no bleeding. I will be due to start my next packet in three days time. I have not had sex so theres no chance that I'm pregnant. Should I not be bleeding by now? I thought that the period would come very early considering I havn't had one for two months!?? What should I do if I don't bleed before my next packet is due to start and should I take it on the day that I'm supposed to even if I have only started bleeding for a couple of days??? Please help I don't know what to do!
