How we able to see? Our eyes and brain work together to make us to see. This process must need the coordination of many parts of the eye including the iris, cornea, retina and lens.
When you think of being blind, you may think total darkness. But most individuals who are blind can still see a small light or shadows

What are the Causes of Blindness?
Causes may differ based on the socioeconomic condition of the nation. Leading causes in developed nations include diabetes, traumatic injuries and macular degeneration, but in the third-world nations where this disease is very common and where about 85% of the world's blindness occurs, Main causes include cataracts, infections, glaucoma, inability and injury
Other causes include: Retinitis pigmentosa, Blocked blood vessels, Optic neuritis, premature birth Complications, Complications of eye surgery, Stroke, retinoblastoma, optic glioma and Lazy eye.

Symptoms of blindness
Difficulty seeing is one of the common symptom in all the persons who have visual impairment or blindness
