Hello, I'm a fifteen year old girl and for the past 9 years I've experienced a constant, dull pain around my right eye; but it hurts most just above my eyelid.
I've been to my Doctor and he has given me three diagnoses so far: Migraine, Neuralgia and sinusitis. He recommended I see an ENT specialist, but my mum doesn't think I should (pathetic really)
I also have trouble producing water from this eye, like it doesn't water at all.
At times, it feels like there is some kind of thick fluid running through my eyebrow bone, and then trickling down the inside of my cheek; but this rarely happens.
There are some things that temporarily STOP the pain though:
Sometimes after a deep sleep, I'll wake up with a really sharp aching pain all down the right side of my skull; but the pain in my eye isn't there.
If I apply some kind of pressure to the right side of my face, like if I touch my cheek or hold/support my head, the pain will stop; or applying pressure to my eye - like touching my eyelashes or eyelid.
Could you please help me.
