What could be the problem

I've been suffering from this going on 5 years now. I've had enough of it.
This symptom started with quick rapid nose crunches then moved to involuntary rapid eye blinking along with the nose crunches. My eyes feel strained all the time and are extremely sensitive to light. When I become overly stressed my eye blinking and nose crunching gets worse where I have no control over it and I can barely even talk. At times I think I can control it but I know in the back of my mind it's still there and it never ends. Some days are better then others.

I have difficulty concentrating because I'm trying to fight off my rapid eye blinking. I used to be able get into some deep conversations with people now it seems like I can barely remember my own name. I've lost my wits! Sometimes my speech is slurred. Going outdoors can be a problem to. My eyes will get very irritated when the air and light hits them. My eyes will water up so bad I can't even see to walk down the street if I don't stop and wipe my eyes and wait for 5 minutes. Then there I am walking the rest of the way, rapid eye blinking and nose crunching all the way to the store and back.

What is causing this? I never see a doctor but this is getting so out of control I think I need to.
