I have tried eye drops too many other doctor recomended drugs and a catscan still no positive answers. Somedays are better than others but always worse in the mornings. Their is no rash or skin imparment, no lump or discharge. This has been ongoing for over 3 months and have spent many dollars seeking info, can anyone help?

It's basically an inflamed eyelid due to blocked tearducts. I've recently been diagnosed with it. A chronic condition that calls for lid hygiene, a routine for cleaning the eyelids and clearing the tearducts. It certainly won't hurt your eyes and may help. Good luck.
