Swelling Eyes

For a couple weeks, I've been having problems with my sinuses and allergies. Friday I woke up with swelling eyes, went to the doctor who said "oh boy, yes it is from allergies". With the way she was acting I guess it was pretty bad. Anyway, she told me to take zyrtec. The swelling went down some but it looks like it's still swelling and my vision is messed up. Can swelling eyes and allergies cause disturbed vision?

Thank You

  • I went through 3 years of on and off swollen eyes, which developed into swollen face and inside of mouth. After many deep discussions with ents I demanded with a blood test which showed I had an underactive thyroid. Please don't go through years of relying on your doc or consultant like I did - demand a blood test! I feel loads better even though i have to take tablets every day now! AT LEAST I KNOW WHATS WRONG!
