Hi!I'm a 13yr old girl. I do exercise (Soccer for 8 yrs),But I am a bit overweight.Today,I had a sudden blackout that lasted about 5 seconds...Nobody noticed but the kid next to me and he was alittle freaked out haha..
Then in pe,I noticed the gym was crooked.Nobody else saw it,Even the coaches.I stood completely upright and it still seemed crooked.
I have twitches too,I'll just be staring off into space and my hand will have a sudden spasm.
My vision sometimes blurs (I wear glasses) And I can't see correctly for awhile.
Idk what's going on but I'd really like it if somebody could help!

  • Hello, it might just be a case of High blood pressure, overweight and stress...consume two small sized apples every day eating meals. Your diet should contain vegetables and fruits, milk and milk products and grains and nuts. While the seeds and nuts can be consumed in their raw form, the grains can be eaten in the form of cooked dishes. The vegetables can be eaten cooked lightly or else in the form of a salad, with very little oil or dressing over them. Hot beverages like coffee and tea should be avoided. So should alcohol and soft drinks. Food times that contain sugar and white flour should be completely removed from the diet. try to exercise a lot and hydrate yourself...dehydration can also cause black outs... HTH :D

  • I'm 24 and I think you should mention these symptoms to your parents and see a doctor. When I was about your age, I had partial blackouts (my vision would tunnel in until it was almost gone) and I had cases of vertigo, I guess I would have to call it. One day I had to go home from school because I looked down at my desk and it was spinning and later in the day the gym was spinning. The uneven feeling of the room could be caused by an ear problem. I also wear glasses and have the blurring feeling but haven't figured out a cause for it. Like the above mentioned, try to eat healthier and get to a doctor just to have everything checked out. I had a blackout and walked into a wall once... It wasn't fun. And my blackouts are due to aura migraines. Be careful and be sure to mention everything to your parents.
