hey, , i have been playing online games for 2 years i spend a lot off time on the computer , 1 day i stayed on the computer for 12 hours then went sleep, that mornin i went swimming when i came out i felt like ther was a big dirt in my eye :S then after 2-3 days i started to see shadows of things, now if i open my eye wide ill see Double but if i open my eye a lil it's gone, if i look to the right with my left eye it hurts..erm ..and 1 more thing if i look at a something light from far it's bigger shadow than me lookin closer....if u have aything to help me plz post!! i need ur help plzzz! oh and 1 more thing , if i wear a sun glass when am the computer after i take it off my eye will be normal for 20-30sec then it's back to Double Vision




when am in a dark room with some light on e.g. the dvd player light i see double like a shodow off the light in double

  • It could be a tear in your retina or worse. Either way it's best that you contact your eye doctor.

  • See an Eye Doctor, but remeber you spoke that before the condition you were on the PC for 12 hours. PC Monitors flicker and are reknown for causing eye problems. When I was a boy I had some significant Eye Damage from them and they couldn't diagnos it because back then they hadn't discovered it! Beware of overusing Computers and if you do you should practice safety exercises. The First in your case I would do is not use a PC Screen or a Gaming Consol Screen for a Good week or two... And see your Doctor, if the issue clears, then you will have to moderate PC use and perhaps adapt your Monitor to something softer on eyes... Better refresh-antiglare, etc... Eye Muscles can spasm, and contort and mess up from PCs
