repeated wrong diagnosis

I went to the ER about 3 weeks ago. I woke up one morning and my right eye was shut and I could not open it. The ER doctor thought it was Bell's Palsy,it wasn't. I was sent to a Neurologist and he thought it was Ocular Myasthenia Gravis. A blood test for that came back negative.
My other symptoms are as follows: Double vision, nausea, loss of appetite, inability to see well unless I am looking down or up. The double vision has almost gone away totally. I can open my eye now,but not all the way.
I am set up for an MRI next Tuesday. Anyone with similar problems and that have a diagnosis please let me know. Thanks.
