hi guys,

i believe i have a quite rare problem as after hours and hours of serching the net i just cant find my problem anywhere! anyway to keep it brief...

if i sleep long say 6 hours or over, i find it extremely hard to wake up, and then allday my eyes will be puffy, sore , with horrible bags and just feel rubbish and feel like keeping them shut (and they feel like this allday and eve!

hoever if i sleep little say 5 hours or under my eyes feel actually normal! yes tired and i feel tired within myself, but my eyes feel good! lubricated, not puffy or sore.

i just dont understand?? and even my gp is at a loss!

can anyone please shed any light on this?

  • Your symptoms are close to sleeping in contacts. Your tear ducts work at night to lubricate your eyes. I would consult another doctor on this until you find the answer.
