my son (2) has had sunken eyelid since his birth. The left eyelid coveres only part of the retina and not always. Doctors performed various tests and told us the vision has not been damaged. However, they recommended operation. After two weeks it looks that the eyelid has not been improved. It still covers part of retina. Moreover, he sometimes sleeps with the eye opened.

Have you expereienced a similar problem? Could it be that my son has pseudo-ptosis?

Thank you for any response
