Sunday I was hit in the eye pretty severely in a soccer game. After the blow, there was a 15-20 second period where my vision was very fuzzy. I began to develop a dark flashy spot I felt was localized in the left hand side of my right eye. Progressively it got better throughout the day.
Yesterday I woke up and there was a dark spot in the left side of my right eye's vision. When I went into the bathroom and turned on the light, 30-60 seconds it was gone. This morning the same thing.
I went to my universities physician and they could not see anything wrong. I have an apt with an ophthalmologist on Thursday but am curious as to what could be wrong and the severity of the issue.
