Patient complains of vision loss to 20/40 for 2 months. Clear, quiet eye but many punctate staining across the entire cornea OU...too numerous to count. Started the pt on non-preserved drops hourly and sl better then started him on Restasis and now much better. The punctate staining is now countable and the vision is now 20/25. May let him wear hi O2 soft contacts and stop the Restasis but continue the drops. Anybody with ideas...thanks
