Most of the time, it's too blurry to make it out, but with my glasses I see double of lights going vertical. Example: When I'm driving, and a car passes me, at first the break lights are normal looking, but as the car moves further away they quickly stretch into double. One extra break light below. Never horizontal.
At night, even with glasses, it is really hard to make out reflective and construction signs which becomes distracting and sometimes very nerve wracking if you're at a construction sight!
