I had this since birth and now at 35 I'm really having trouble with it. I've taken pictures of my self and the right eyelid is covering the top half of my pupil.

Medicaid has so far refused to pay for corrective surgery. They are supposed to pay if the eyelid is being covered.

Does anyone know what I should do. I can't go on like this, my sight is really affected.
