Granular Corneal Dystrophy Cornea Transplants gone wrong

I am looking for help for my husband, Bob. He has granular corneal dystrophy, an inherited eye disease. He cannot see to use a computer so I am his "eyes" on the internet. The dystrophy is advanced & very severe; pain, swelling, FBS, photosensitivity, extreme vision loss, nasty headaches. He was convinced to have ALTK's (partial depth cornea transplants) on both eyes. These did nothing but worsen the dystrophy & there were many complications. He had a full depth cornea transplant last year from a new surgeon & the results were even more disasterous. Many complications including a huge malformation of his pupil & lots of scarring. He is now rapidly losing vision in both eyes especially the eye with the full depth corneal transplant. Can anyone give me any information or advice before he loses his vision completely?
