Hi, I have a aunty that has experienced glaucoma and is totally blind now. All the symptoms that occur with glaucoma she has experienced. About 4 years ago she started to experience bad headaches, pressure in her eyes and vomiting and blurred vison. She went to different doctors but they did not know what was wrong. The only thing they said was that her optic nerve has been damaged and that is the major symptom of glaucoma. She is in India and i thought maybe i can try some medication from here. I heard that Xalantan eye drops are really good. She is only 52 and it is really hard for her to do anything. The only vison she has is if she puts a photo really close to her eyes and then she can see, but otherwise she is blind. If she still has some vison, will eye drops help to just bring some of her vison back. And is it possible for her to wear galsses. Can you please help me on what i can do for her. It is really painfull to her that way. Please help. Has anyone got any idea of any treatments. She has been to more than 10 doctors which cost her alot. please help.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
