My son, 19 years old now, cannot see well. Nearsighted. the doctors when first trying to correct his vision with glasses at age 6 siad that the prescription he had he should be seeing well, but it never did. As he got older and they started to beleive him he went through all kinds of tests only for the doctor to state that he does not know why his vision cannot be corrected. does anyone know anything about this type of condiiton? the doctor explained it awy by saying that he was born nearsighted and therefore his brain never learned to see properly. Any advice or info is appreciated as now that he is in college and on his own it is causing him much more problems that he is having problems dealing with. thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
