I'm a 15 year old female, 110 lbs, and every day I feel very lethargic. I feel like I have to drag myself everywhere because I feel so weak.
My symptoms are:
Blurry/blackout vision whilst walking or when I get up, without actually passing out
The need to sleep a lot
General depression symptoms
Yellowing at the bottom of eye whites
I went to my doctor and got blood tests done and she said there's nothing wrong with me, but my body's run down because I have a very poor diet.
I don't eat meat, rarely any vegetables or fruit, but I eat plenty of pasta, I don't know if that's any good. I'm very lazy and don't have the motivation to exercise, but I have fast metabolism. I walk to school every day (10 minutes walk) and back, that's my exercise for the day. I spend on average 6-8 hours online daily, longer on weekends.
Please don't suggest I improve my diet because I cannot tolerate the taste of most foods, I'm very fussy. I basically live off noodles and junk food. Is there anything else besides trying to exercise, spending less time online and eating better etc I can do?
Or do I have some illness you could tell me about, judging from my symptoms?
Thanks, I appreciate any advice.
