I Have Severe Bilateral Eye Pain. Mri Scan Shows Abnormal Signal In Retro Orbital Area On Right And Seemingly A Progression Towards A Similar Situationon On Left. Ethmoid Sinuses Are Possibly Inflamed But Ent Doctor Dismisses Any Orbital Involvement. I Have Taken Steroids And Augmentin For Over 1 Week And Have No Improvement. Eyes Feel As If There Is Grit Under The Eyelids, Right Eye Closes, Right Ear Has Feeling Of Pressure And There Is A Feeling Of Vascular Pulsation From Neck Through Cheek And Around Eye. Condition Worsens As Day Progresses. Anyone With Input Perhaps Due To Similar Conditions???????

  • Hi, Hopefully the previous post didnt turn you off from these type of boards. I don't want to scare you but from what you have described it sounds like your test results could point in the direction of Multiple sclerosis. Of course there are many diseases that mimick MS and they would be ruled out first by your docs by bloodwork. I am sure they have already ruled alot of those out.
