I've had this small white spot on my eye (oval on right) and capillaries(?) or red lines between the inside corner of my eye (oval on left) and the white spot. The spot is tall and thin and looks like it follows the outside of the iris. I don't remember when it formed but I have had it for at least 5 years. It hasn't gotten any larger (or smaller) and sometimes the capillaries are redder then at other times. There has never been any pain and my vision hasn't been affected. I don't wear glasses or contacts and have had above average vision (20/17 in left and 20/20 in right) all my life.
It's difficult to see in the picture and only noticable by others when REALLY cose.
