  • I would like to add Wash your face before sleeping, and ensure that there is no make-up on your face before you sleep, because, make-up creams may spoil your face as it will be there for the whole night. It is better if no cream is applied. What I feel is, wash your face before sleeping and if at all you want to apply any cream, just apply night cream and none other than that.hope this would help.thanks..itchy eyeswhy does my eye twitch

  • Eyes have been described as being 'windows to the soul'. However, most of us barely realize the importance of our eyes unless we meet someone who has an eye problem or loss of vision or when our vision seems to start failing. At such times, we may find ourselves shuddering at the thought of a world without light, color, shape and beauty. In order to take good care of our eyes, we need to be aware of the problems that could affect our eyes and how to take care of them properly. We should seek knowledge about the measures that can be applied to avoid these problem

  • Eye Care Tips for Computer UsersGive your eyes frequent breaks. After every 50-60 mins, close your eyes for 4 to 5mins and relax it is recommended in eye care tips. Changing focus also relieves the eye muscles. Take your eyes off the screen after every 15-20 mins & look across the room or out of the window at a distant object for 5 seconds minimum. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes & symptoms. Alternating your computer work with other tasks also relaxes the eyes.- If you use contact lenses, remove them & use your glasses.
