I am a 28 y/o F nursing student. I constantly feel tired for as long as I can remember. Recently I have been experiencing double vision in both eyes and tinnitus in my left ear. I saw my optometrist; no elevated IOP, retinas intact, no apparent neuro involvement. GP sent me for an MRI; no plaques, lesions, tumors. MRI showed fluid around my eyes which apparently causes them to shift slightly and cause the double vision. Dx was sinusitus, but i have no sx/sx other than the vision changes. I am wondering though - what causes this? Lytes are WNL, no anemia, TSH 0.9 (don't know T3/T4), no hx HTN. I also have very irregular menses, excessive sweating, oily skin and acne despite very good hygiene. I asked my GP about a possible thyroid problem, but he said he didn't think so. Anyone have any ideas? Any additonal questions for me?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
