My whole life I've had these two 'symptoms' that I thought everyone had until recently -
I don't exactly have double vision, its something that I can 'turn on and off.' If there is enough light in the room or outside, I can look at something and make it double kind of on-demand. Of course everything in my peripheral vision doubles too, its like I split my eyes or something. Is this normal, can everyone do this? Sometimes when I'm concentrating on something it doubles without me wanting too, but I can usually always 'merge' it back together.
This second one is about lights at night. For example, we have a TV in the living room, and when its off, a red LED on the front of it is lit. At night when I look at it, i see like a star-burst. Its not rainbow colored or anything, its the same color as the light. And its not always just a perfect ring, as I said its like a star-burst, the light kind of explodes into all directions from its center. With this light, it has a circular boundary and doesnt go very large, but other lights I can stretch and shrink the light rays of the starburst to pretty much any length. Different lights act different ways. Some burst, some have rings.
Kind of hard to explain, and again I thought everyone had these 'abilities' and it was just a form of being able to control your eyes to do things, but recently I've felt like maybe these are symptoms.
