Can eye drops cause you to have different size pupils?

Last week I was told I had bad allergies in one eye, when it spread to the other eye they said it was an infection. Though my eyes are no longer red my pupils are more often then not for the last two days my pupils have been different sizes... Could it be from the eye drops even though I was putting them in both eyes?
