Age 55 and experiencing burning in one eye for the past 6 weeks. Visited a walk in clinic and told to try artificial tears. Didn't work. Saw my optometrist and was diagnosed with dry eye - gave me some different artificial tears - didn't work. Saw an opthomologist ysterday who put me through all the usual tests and said everything looks fine. Gave me some different drops and said if the condition persists over the next few MONTHS to come back. My eye is burning to the point that I'm trying to keep it closed as much as possible. Anyone have any suggestions?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
