a 67 years old woman with no other underlying medical conditions has had problem to open her eyes for few minutes from the time she woke up in the morning since 4-5 months ago, recently she has started to have the problem every time she goes to sleep even during the day time.
What is your impression and what do you thing should be tested first, please?
