i am almost 29 years old, i have 2 kids, ever since i first got my menstrual period when i was 15 it was painful long heavy irregular periods, after having my kids i found out the my uterus is thick with both kids that doctor had to "pop my water" cuz it was to thick, recently i noticed my hair is thinning from my head and i have unwanted hair on my face and body and i can't seem to gain any weight i am very skinny, so i thought maybe i have PCOS i asked my doctor to do tests on me to see if i do have PCOS, she told me my hormone level is fine but i am anemic and i also did 2 ultersound and found out i have a cyst on my left ovary but what confused me was what my doctor said even though my hormones are ok she said" THE WHOLE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE you HAVE PCOS . my doctor sent me to a specialist becuz she didn't know what kind of cyst i have and the specialist will look in to it more (PCOS), so when i went to the specialist i found out the my doctor didn't send my files to him, so i just told him what my doctor told me, and he is also the doctor that delievered my babies and he knows my uterus is thick, he said he doesn't think i have PCOS and all he gave me was a birth control YAZ, he said that will help me with everything,,,,
and that was that nothing else was done. i called my family doctor to book another appointment with her (but she is on vacation) i am very confused and upset i don't know if Yaz is going to help me with my problems or is there more too it but my doctor is not taking if serious<
can anyone give me anyreason or even advice PLZZZZZ
