I have pre-diabetes and I have been very depressed lately so I have been eating A LOT of carbs to try to keep myself level personality wise, but when I check my blood sugar levels daily, usually an hour or two after I have eaten all the carbs, my blood sugars come out normal sometimes even kinda low. I was wondering if maybe this means that I don't have diabetes or if maybe something else is wrong with me that may be causing this. My last insulin test said that I was at over double the amount I should have in my system at 28 with the highest being an 11. Also my doctor recently lowered my metformin from 2000 to 1000 mgs a day. I would think with that kind of change my blood sugars would be through the roof. Any advice would be appreciated.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
