I need help making the right decision. I have small goiter that is causing alot of trouble. Choking, tight/painfull feeling in neck, dizziness, heart palpations, almost always hoarse and insomnia. All labs are normal except t3 almost high. .1 away. Do i need TT? the surgery is scheduled for 9/14. Before I got to the surgeons office, I was sure that is what I wanted to do. He said that he would wait until it was bigger. But why wait until it is unsitely to everyone (already looks crazy to me)
