I cannot keep my arms/hands warm.

I also can barely eat anything. All this happened over a week ago and now I am at my wits end. I have barely been able to eat, basically having to force my food down. I feel extremely cold almost all the time, near shivering. I have a mild cough and a little bit of pain in my throat. I try to eat 3 meals a day but usually I get my breakfast in, a small lunch and a small dinner.

I am going to the doctor on wednesday but is there any ideas towards what it might be, thyroid seemed to be a popular idea.

I am not a known diabetic and I don't have any excessive hunger needs.

I also have been more depressed throughout my time with this.
