I have a lean body structure with slim legs and arms & in my late thirties. I have a pot belly and it look very odd for my structure. Its not that much easy to get that when I am completely dressed, but in bare body, its visible. Iam doing push ups to get rid of the same. But with no improvement. Even I got rid of alcohol and junk food habits to minimize the extra muscles around the stomach
Read that its not possible to get rid of extra muscles in one portion and it needs to be reduced as a whole (body fat content). But my situation is entirely different as If I go down in body as a whole.. it adds to my misery. I do not have % of my body fat..
