I have had galactorrhea (have had 4 children but youngest is 3)..currently on depo shot, not pregnant (negative urine and blood tests)..I have also been having hypoglycemic spells very regularly lately. Doc ran tests and I have a normal TSH, normal glucose, but a low prolactin. I havent gotten to speak to her yet but was curious if anyone knows what that could be? and how can I possibly have galactorrhea with a low prolactin level?

  • Prolactin levels fluctate, and you may never see an elevated test...
