For 5 years I have been ill, each year getting worse. I get dizziness, chronic diarrhea, nausea + dry heaving, I get flushed, the sweats, the shakes, i faint, my liver enzymes and B12 levels are up and down. I have bad heart palpatations, but did the 24 monitor test and it showed I just had "normal" palpatations. I had a CT scan where there were spots on my liver as well as the elevated enzymes but they did an ultrasound and could not find the spots. I have lost 30lbs since this began and fluxuate 10lbs between the bad bouts of diarrhea and the good days.

It gets worse if im under any physical stress or emotional stress, like traveling far in a car, is not an option i will get sick.

They know the problem is in my small intestine (so they suspect) and have sent me to gastros and endo's. They think that I might have carcinoid syndrome but that's fairly rare. Is there anything else I should investigate?
