I have noticed that I have been growing at a really slow rate. From 13 years to now (15 years 5 months) I have grown a total of 1.5 cm's. I have never had a growth spurt in my life.

At the moment I am 149.5 cm's (4'11) and Im really desperate to grow taller.

My mum is 4'11 and my dad is 5'6.

Im almost finished in puberty. I had anorexia for 7 months (when I was 14).

I also feel a tingly, prickly, sometimes painful and sometimes itchy feeling in my ankles and knees. Does this indicate my growth plates are fusing?

Is it possible that I have a deficiency in growth hormone or is it because my family is short? How can I grow taller?
