I'm 15 years old and over the summer of 2008 after track season i lost around like 15lbs from exercising (by jogging&weightlifing) and eating smaller portions every since school started in September I'm hungry ALL THE TIME!!! I can eat a big meal and like 30mins I have the apetite of eating another huge meal; I still exercise about everyday since I run track and during off season I go for jogs when its nice outside or go to the gym and workout but whether I workout or not i always have a huge apetite. When I eat alot according to the scale I gain alot of weight but it never shows. Does this mean that my metabolism got like increasingly fast or something and thats why I eat like there's no tomorrow but it visionally doesnt look like i gained anything but according to the scale I do???
Oh yeah and if you wondering what my body type is like I'm really tall and thin, athletic shape not like supermodel skinny but im thin with a wee bit of a stomach
