I'm female, 5'2", 174 lbs. My BMI is 31.8, fat 36.9%. I work out 5 days a week at a gym, burning an average of 340 calories per day. I comsume aprox. 1520 calories a day. Protein 44 grams, fiber 125 grams, 455mg sodium, 1298mg potassium, 480mg calcium, 2 1/2 cups fruit, 2 1/2 cups vegetables and a good multivitamin. I don't drink alcohol ever, no red meat and no caffiene. My thyroid is normal. I had Metabolic Syndrome X 6 years ago. I'm always cold. My hair has changed. I have constant nerve pain. I heal slowly. I've had chronic depression/anxiety and insomnia since before 5 months old.
