Growth Problems

First of all, I have always been around average height for my age until three years ago when I started Puberty ( age 11 ).
I started secondary school and was the same height as everybody else ( I measured roughly 143cm ) , but then half-way through the school year everybody else began to grow past me.
Now, three years later I am 148 cm and roughly 9/10 stone. I don't know if I have an actual problem or not but looking at my family I should be average-tall.
I have lots of muscular development on my upper torso and have a heavy bust which is uncomfortable. I find I can't eat as much as I should without feeling full up or sick. I also find it difficult to fall asleep/stay asleep.
However my hands and feet are quite large (european size 7/8).

I don't mean to sound obsessed or anything but it is quite fustrating when I'm getting teased at school and by family for it.
