After years of feeling something was wrong with me and countless Doctors visits and being told there was nothing wrong with me, i got diagnosed with Prolactinoma with really high prolactin levels 4000+, i was started on cabergoline 2x weekly and just recently i was put on hydrocortisone 20mg dailly.

I was told because of the tumor that i have also got Secondary Hypogonadism and Low IGF-1 and Low Cortisol, i have been taking the cabergoline for about a year now and the cortisone for around 2 months
and i feel no better despite being told my prolactin levels have lowered and the tumor has shrunk.

Since i was 19 ( now 25 ) i have became a recluse and everyday im so depressed and somedays get so low i wish i could go to sleep and not wake up, if i do venture out my emotions are so over the place i either crumble or end up in fights. I have also developed OCD,BDD and Social Anxiety due to many of my body changes.

Symptoms:

Bier Spots - White spots under/Through the skin to do with circulation, Worsened by Cold Temperature.

Gynecomastia -

Poor Wound Healing - Even the smallest spots take months to heal and leave marks behind.

Dermatitis - Scalp, eyebrows,Face (managed to keep it under control as much as possible.

Hairloss/Poor Regrowth - I lost a lot of hair due to the dermatitis i believe that has never regrown on my scalp and eyebrows, even now with the dermatitis under control hairs still fall and i have areas on my scalp and brows that have never grown back.

Is it possible this could all be connected with my condtion and if it is why wouldnt things have started to get better if my prolactin levels and tumor are shrinking ? could something else be going on ?

thanks for any help you can give me.
