I fell with an outstretched arm on December 6th. I fell holding a coffee cup and right on my elbow. Didn't spill any coffee. Had two X-rays and no break. Elbow was swollen and tender. My forearm hurt when I placed it on a desk...the underside of the forearm. It eventually went away. Now it is back months later...same forearm pain and elbow pain. I cant even push a door open without pain. I don't get time off from my job yet so I can't go see my doctor. any thoughts?

  • Pain after placing a forearm on a desk may speak for the damaged ulnar nerve anywhere in it's course, most likely in the elbow. But the nerve can be damaged anywhere from the spine to the wrist. Here is a big list of causes of abnormal sensations in the fingertips, hand and arm:hxbenefit.com/causes-of-numbness-and-tingling-paresthesia-in-fingertips.html
