Elbow trouble

I fell on my right arm 3 years ago and since then it wont straighten or bend fully. I had trapped and damaged my ulnar nerve and had surgery for it. I have had my elbow manipulated under anesthetic twice and still cant move it properly. My surgeon doesnt even know what the problem is, I've had ct scans, xrays, and mri scans and they show no blockage apparently. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Its very painful when it gets to 90 degree bend and won't go any further. I didn't break or fracture any bones when I fell, which the doctors were surprised at.
Thanks guys
