White "filaments" in mouth

For the last 2 weeks I find myself with white 1" filaments like in my mouth. These "filaments" are either lodged between the gum and cheek or sometimes appear as I eat. There are 2 or 3 of these filaments at a time and appear once or twice a day. Any cause for concern?
Thank you so much

  • Well, hate to say, but sounds like little tiny worms or something. I don't know.
