Whats Wrong? Yellow Tongue, Bumps in Mouth, Cankers sores, Sore throat

I was getting sore throats over the past few months, all have been extreme swelling, not like most sore throats that i have had in the past(i had no other symptoms). They went away around 3 weeks ago and ever since I have been getting a yellow coloration of the posterior part of my tongue, it also runs along the edges of my tongue to the front of my tongue. In addition, I have had numerous canker sores in my mouth (1-6 at a time) non-stop for the previous 3 weeks. I thought I was due to stress because of a week with some difficult tests for college, but even afterward I yet again have numerous canker sores. Something new to me now is a bump in the inside of my cheek, it's pretty extreme, sticking out about a quarter of a centimeter, I also have one under my tongue on the flap of connective tissue between my tongue and the bottom of my mouth... and now that sore throat is back.

The tongue issue inst due to my love for coffee, I didn't drink coffee for a week and it was still yellow. I don't smoke, and my tongue has turned yellow during the day, not just after I wake up. I know some of the may have no relevance, I'm not too sure what would.

  • I have very similar symptoms. I have swollen lymph nodes and painful puss covered tonsils. I have a negative strep test but my doctor has prescribed an antibiotic anyways. It has been 4 days with zero improvement. I now have a yellow tongue with a large painful cankor soar right on the top of my tongue and another one on my cheek. Please let me know if you ever got diagnosed.
