I am 19 y/o, in excellent shape, about 177-180 lbs, around 9% body fat, high cholesterol runs in the family, was diagnosed with strep throat about 2-3 months ago (got rid of it), and am sick.

I hadn't felt my best for a couple days (this morning I took 3 Advil's because my throat was moderately sore), however, today, while at work, many symptoms instantly hit me. These included: throbbing headache, EXTREMELY lightheaded, fatigue, dry cough, uncontrollable bladder, shortness of breath, extreme sore throat, the worst chills and I noticed a big read bump on my Uvula.

Also, when in the hot shower I couldn't face the steam for more than a second without getting extremely lightheaded to the point that I thought I may faint. Additionally, I am now laying down typing this and I noticed my chills are slightly gone, but my ears are extremely hot.

What could this be Wrongdiagnosis?
